Tyler Hansen, accused of scamming dozens of customers and working under three business names, prompting dozens of calls to News 3 Now’s Call for Action team. 

  

CFA Madison assisted/advised all of the affected CFA consumers in obtaining judgments against the contractor totaling $461,500. It was determined contractor operated under 14 different business names. The contractor was sentenced to 7 years of jail time and his wife was sentenced to 3 months jail time.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Call 4 Action is getting results for a local family who thought they lost over $4,400 on an unfinished home improvement project — until Call 4 Action stepped in.


For 10 months, the Herdlein family of Snyder had been trying to get their money back after they cut a check to Queen City Quartz and Granite in Buffalo. The check was for $4,430 and the Herdleins were out the money, until a breakthrough in their case that Call 4 Action has been investigating.

METHUEN -- The City of Methuen is home to a musical gem: a world-renowned organ aptly named "The Great Organ."  


Chad Dow, trustee of the non-profit that runs concerts in the hall, was worried when their online ticket vendor, Brown Paper Tickets, didn't pay them their receipts. 

"It was a little over $12,000 which is our ticket sales for the entire season, that money for a small non-profit really means a lot," he said.
