Our partners at WFMY report on a cataract patient caught between his insurance company and a hospital.  A Greensboro area consumer thought his insurance covered a cataract procedure, but only through one doctor in his region and only at one specific hospital.  For reasons that still haven’t been explained, the hospital refused to provide the surgery, even when the insurance company offered to pay more than the sticker price for the procedure.  After 2 Wants to Know contacted the hospital to inquire, the procedure was quickly scheduled.
