Our partners at WBZ in Boston report on a 13 year-old whose phone stopped working after being submerged in a pool.  The phone was a water-resistant Samsung device, advertised to withstand being completely submerged in water. The girl’s mother spent hours on the phone with Samsung, sending it back twice to be repaired.  The phone was returned, still broken, both times.

That’s when she reached out to the WBZ I-Team’s Call 4 Action.  They contacted Samsung, who then contacted the consumer within 24 hours promising to send a replacement phone.
