The non-profit EveryoneOn is providing affordable Internet service through their nationwide program, Connect2Compete (C2C).   They will provide devices to students and families that qualify for the National School Lunch Program. Service with be provided by leading cable companies, including Cox, Bright House Networks, Google Fiber, MediaCom, Suddenlink and Comcast. Those who qualify receive internet access for as low as $9.95 plus tax per month. Most customers won’t need to make a deposit, sign a contract, pay installation or modem rental fees.  Monthly service rate and costs will depend on the cable company serving your area. The cable company that serves your area may require purchase of a modem or a monthly rental fee.

EveryoneOn can sell refurbished devices to eligible individuals and families including tablets costing under $150 and computers for less than $200.


This program is for students and families that qualify for the National School Lunch Program in areas served by the service providers that are part of the program. Some providers may have low-cost plans for seniors as well. Not all providers serve every part of the US.

To participate, families must:

  • Have at least one child eligible or enrolled in the National School Lunch Program
  • Have not subscribed to internet service within the last 90 days
  • Have no outstanding bills or unreturned equipment.
