Our Philadelphia partners at WPVI Troubleshooters were able to help a pair of twins with two distinct consumer issues. One of the brothers was having trouble with a computer which was still under warranty, but the warranty was about to expire and the computer company had been unresponsive. After a call to the Troubleshooters, they got a service visit at their home the next day, replacing the hard drive and all other issues.
The second brother, having seen the success, called on Troubleshooters when he was having issues with his garage door opener. He had reached out repeatedly to the company over the course of six weeks, but was never called back despite repeated promises that he would be. After one call to the Troubleshooters, a repair technician was at his house the next afternoon, fixing the problem promptly.
