When the City of Toledo turned off their electricity, a family had to go through months of hassle to get the power back on. Call 11 For Action was able to speed up the process.

The family initially lost power after falling behind on their electric bill. Once they made a partial payment, however, city workers were unable to reinstall the electric meter, forcing the family to hire an electrician on their own dime. When the city inspector stalled returning to their home to approve the electricians work, Call 11 For Action stepped in on the family’s behalf.
